Earlier this year I was invited to submit up to 5 books for an exhibition in Paris. We Love Books: A World Tour will open later this month. The curators have asked 76 designers from around the world to participate. Only seven of the designers showing are from the United States and I am one of them! I really feel humbled and maybe a little out of my league. The other designers featured from the US include Michael Beruit, Paula Scher, and Abbott Miller (all from Pentagram), Doyle Partners, Carin Goldberg, and Paul Sahre. I am the only designer in the US from outside of New York. Many thanks to the curators and director, Philippe Di Folco, Marie-Édith Simonneaux, and Michel Bouvet.
Featured speakers from the US for the show's opening: Carol Devine Carson, Barbara deWilde, John Gall and Chip Kidd
Congratulations Chris! That is really awesome! I bet Holly is especially excited that you'll be taking her over for the opening :)

Congratulations! No need to feel humble, you're just as good as any NY designer! Which covers did you submit?
